Ticket Inventory and What to Expect

What is the best way to find tickets?

If you see a hyperlink on this site it will more than likely take you to the tour you are looking for. Our search feature is the best way to find tickets. All you have to do is type in the name of the artist, comedian, show, or venue. A dropdown will then appear and you can select which one you want. Once you've arrived at your destination page, you can then sift through the filters to help find the event near you or by date. There are several different features when it comes to searching. This is to help make it easier when it comes to finding your event.

Will the seats be Together?

This is a very common question. Yes, unless you see a note on the ticket listing, the seats will be together. Each venue has its own way of showing rows and seats. It can get confusing, but we guarantee that the seats are together.

What Kind of Ticket Quantities are there?

This will depend on the seller of the tickets. More than likely you will see 2 or more tickets available. At a General Admission event, you could see just one ticket. You will then be able to select based on the quantity the seller wants to sell the tickets in. Keep this in mind if you have an odd number of people.

Tickets Themselves

Who's name is on the tickets?

You may come across tickets with a different name. This is very common and nothing to worry about. The original person who purchased the ticket will most likely have their name attached to the ticket. The only important thing is the bar code for entry.

What is an E-Ticket?

Modern technology has made the transfer of tickets much easier. This allows ticket exchanges to send you the correct tickets to your email or mobile device. Use the MyTicketTracker for access to the E-ticket. This will allow you to download the tickets for your event. You may have to wait until close to your event before these tickets are ready. An account and pin will be needed to get your tickets.

Are there taxes on ticket buying?

This is based on the state you reside. Each state has its own sales tax laws. Always account for sales tax when making a ticket purchase.

How do you handle canceled events?

Assuming the event gets canceled and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Can you cancel an order after purchase?

This is unfortunately a rule that is followed across all ticket marketplaces. All sales are final.
